This Premium Plan was constructed with Tampa Florida area weather and seasonal conditions in mind. Our local Pool Service techs will see to it that your swimming pool water is of healthy and blue with all equipment running smooth.

Beginning at $129 per month

Our Responsibilities

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We net your pool.

We vacuum your pool.

We brush your pool (walls, tiles, steps).

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We check your pool equipment.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.

We verify your pool cleaner operation.

We evaluate your pool water and apply the correct chemicals and minerals to keep your water in excellent condition.

Your Responsibilities

Maintain sufficient water level.

Report any discoveries of swimming pool issues.

Keep the pool equipment active and operating and approve repairs when required.

Notes

There might be extra startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.

Monthly plan cost based on a 4 week month.

Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.

Premium Pool Service Equipment and Chemicals

Quarterly Stabilizer Treatments

Filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are mandatory for most swimming pools in Florida. A few times per year our service techs need to perform a filter cleaning with acid, boost the stabilizer and remove phosphates. A stabilizer treatment and filter cleanings starts at $69 each quarter for weekly service customers.
